Willem Steelink Jr., born in Amsterdam on July 16, 1856, was a Dutch painter and graphic artist. He started his career as a pupil of his father, painter and steel engraver Willem Steelink Sr. He then went on to study at the Rijksacademie voor Beeldende Kunsten in Amsterdam and later at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Antwerp.

Willem Steelink Jr. is counted among the Laren School and was influenced by Anton Mauve. Steelink made figure pieces, portraits, genre scenes, historical representations and later landscape paintings.
